Nervous about delivery

I am 36 weeks now... and I am stating to have anxiety about delivery. I have never had to deal with pain.
(I don't know if this is silly, but I'm scared of tearing...)
Any advice. :-/

Hi,

Am scared to death of tearing, agonizing hours of contractions and the fact that my husband's family has a history of big headed babies. His momma had to be moved for c-section after hours of trying to deliver his big head vaginally with no success ... Help!!!

I gave birth yesterday and I am a ftm. I was terrified but with a support system you can do it. I don't tolerate pain well at all and labored up until about 5cm without an epidural my birth story is posted. the contractions and the unknown where the hardest part. Delivering (of course I can only speak about medicated) was relief. Read my birth story it might help.
