How serious should you take braxton hicks¿¡
At 39 weeks? Mines are back to back. Giving me a 2/5 minute break..
Braxton Hicks start in from like lig pain. Contractions often r in back and much more severe in pain. 2.5 mins is labor.
Sounds like labor. I would go in or at least call your doc.
Sounds like labour to me. Given the time between them. Contact your midwife x

Sound more like labor to me than braxton hicks but you should know soon if its true labor because they'll get more intense.
Hot bath if it doesnt go away then run to the hospital
Timewise it sounds like you're having contractions not BH
Try walking and taking a bath. If they don't ease off and continue to get worse then they are probably going to progress into labor. Good luck!
