No nausea

This might make people jealous, but I'm 6w3d and haven't experienced any nausea. I've heard that nausea is a sign of a healthy pregnancy, though my mom never really had any and we're all fine. Am I just taking after her, or could something be wrong?

I never got sick, I don't believe that puking is a sign your baby is healthy. My son is 7 now and healthy and exremely smart. My daughter is also healthy and very very smart. I am not sick with my third either :)

I usually get most nausea from 7 to 14 weeks... I think it's pretty normal not to have it at 6 weeks. Hopefully you're lucky and don't get any! (definitely not necessary for a healthy pregnancy. It can just be a sign of a viable pregnancy amongst many other things)

I had just a bit of mild nausea when I hadn't eaten for a while during the first trimester. I'm 18 weeks now and getting some weirdness like not liking chicken, but that's it.

I had terrible nausea and still at 23 weeks get it occasionally... a girlfriemd of mine has had 4 kids and shes never experienced any nausea or morning sickness with any of them. All her kids are perfectly healthy! I think it just depends on the woman's body and the particular pregnancy!

I never had any with my first. With this pregnancy it didn't kick in until week 8 and lasted until week 15. Everyone is a little different.
