Nose is stuffed up help

I am on zyrtec right now. It's helping some but I have a sinus infection and my doctor didn't want to give me anything else. I'm about to try nose sprays also.

I recomend using those Breather strips and some small amount of Vick's cream on your throat and chest. They help so well and are natural resources for you than consuming meds.

B list (or baby safe over the counter med list): whichever way you prefer to aknowledge it, that list includes a REGULAR strength Tylenol Sinus. It was the only thing that ever cleared things up for me! Hope it helps

Hi there. So sorry you aren't feeling well.  You could unclog it with steam.  Boil some water on the stove top and poor into a bowl, place face over bowl (not too close) with towel over your head.  This works well to unclog the nose.  Same as taking a hot steamy shower.  Netty pots work well too (can be gotten at a drug store).  You can try saline spray as stated above too.  Good luck!

Natural would be a saline nasal rinse. Work well and can get them at Walgreens etc
