Not hungry

I am only 12 weeks along, but I have finally gotten out of my morning sickness stage, praise God, but now that everything seems to be evening out, I can't seem to eat anything at all. Before I would HAVE to eat, otherwise I would throw up, and now I barely have an appetite at all. I went from 'very selective' to 'I want nothing' I don't know what to do, because I feel like I am not getting enough nutrients to my baby. Any suggestions?

I went through the same thing and know that im 16weeks i can eat anything. The baby will get what it needs either way so dont worry. Things will get better.

Eat small meals/ fruit helped me. I had food aversion for most of my pregnancy so far! 33 weeks now and finally feel like I have a normal appetite! But coz he's bigger now i get full really quick!
