Thirdandlastbaby I have never heard of an abdominal binder!  I am hoping for a vba2c but I going to look into this just incase I end in csection!  Also the underwear.  I always wore loose things so scared for anything to touch it and make it hurt! Love learning new things through ppl on here!

Yup these girls are right! Walk walk walk!!! I am having my third in 27 days. I will tell you though, get an abdominal binder or see if the hospital has them. It is so much better than a pillow plus it helps your uterus shrink faster! I also have found with my last one that the panties you buy to "suck you in" like the sharpers or whatever help as well but don't mess with them until after you get out of hospital. It all helps stabilize that area and made it less painful and easier to walk.

Nurses Won't Think Anything Of You If You Cry Ta283. They Ar All Used To Emotional Women. And I'm Going To Be Having A 2ND C-SectionWith This Baby. My First Was An Emergency One And Scared The Crud Outta Me But It WasN't Too Bad. There Is Pain Not Gonna Lie But You'll Deal AND As Others Said,  Walk As Much As You Can. Its All Worth It When You Hold That Lil Baby.

Do the nurses look at you crazy if you bawl? I almost had a C section with my first, and worried I might end up having one with this LO. Let me tell you, ladies, if I get a C section I'll be crying for a week, pain or no. Would the nurses think I was off my rocker?

Manada is so right!!! Im having my second csection on the 18th and I can't wait! Mine was wonderful to me.. and the key to not hurting is walking around!! You gotta move as much as possible or it will hurt because your muscles are getting stiff.

Key to the c section recovery is to move around get up and walk even if its just in circles around your room slowly. The longer you lay still and lay in the bed the more sore and stiff you get. Be slow to stand and take your time. I am having my third c section on Tuesday...and I was always the most sore after a night of laying in bed.

Use a pillow.  Hold it against your stomach to stand up.  Try not to use your stomach muscles.  Sorry I know how you feel :-/
