Urine should be straw colored. High dosages iof vitamins B and C can cause abnormal color. Just sounds like dehydration. Drink water throughout the day and not too much at once.
Sounds like you're dehydrated drink lots of water!
Drink as much water as you can comfortably drink! I get like that on days where I get to sleep in because I'm not taking in fluids while sleeping...
