I just found out that it's Calcium that the baby is taking from us. That's why our teeth hurt. They said try eating food with calcium and drinks lots of milk. I'm going to try it with hopes of the pain going away.

OMG Yes. Mine tooth and gum pain kicked in the last weeks of the second trimester. There were times I wanted to cry and did. I brushed and brushed and glossed and used mouth washed constantly.  I read somewhere that the bacteria in your mouth has also built up. So I had a travel size toothbrush and paste and paste in my purse at all times. I also read that salt and warm water would help with the pain.  And peppermint tea as well. They didn't for me but... maybe you'll have more luck. I didn't have a issue with bleeding. So after about 2 weeks on and off I don't have the pain anymore. I hope never again for the rest of this pregnancy.

It's called pregnancy gingivitis, even though it hurts, don't stop brushing and especially flossing, if u don't keep up with your teeth it will get worse, pregnancy does play a big part sadly.. if u havnt had a teeth cleaning in awhile try to get one, if u have plaque build up it can make ur gums and teeth hurt more also.. I'm a dental assistant incase ur wondering.. ") Good luck!!

Get a soft tooth brush! Honestly you will start getting bleeding gums because when you brush your teeth it irritates the gums and due to extra blood your body produces your gums bleed a lot. Start there and it should help a lot
