The pain in your vagina could be pelvic pain. Symphysis Pubis Disfunction (SPD) is stretching of the pelvis and it started for me at 26 weeks. It is worst in the morning when I try to get out of bed. Try to get out of bed or out of the car carefully and with legs together. Try to get gentle exercise but plenty rest too.
I went for acupuncture and she put needles in my feet and legs and it was great, I love acupuncture and always feel so warm and cosy and almost fall asleep during it. I got some relief from that. I asked my doc if Physio was an option and she felt there wasn't much Physio could do for it. She recommended trying a support band which may take some of the pressure away so I'm going to try that next. Hope this helps!

Stretch, it hurts but walk a little to see if it eases it don't go crazy. Don't lift anything over 20 lbs. If you do take a bath do a little research about what the temp. should be around. Get a nice back rub.
Haven't come across anything for the vag pain...yet.

I would say maybe a relaxing bath or even try Tylenol.  A bath always helps me with aches and pains.
