Painless contractions

I'm 12 days away from my due date and since morning I'm feeling contractions without the pain as in I can feel my uterus contract but the pain is not like one I had during my first child. Though I'm feeling the pressure of head being down and pain in my back. And the baby is not moving as it was moving until last night. I'm worried. Please advice. Should I be heading to hospital?

Thanks ladies! Been to doctor in emergency. Baby is doing fine. Having contractions only very far now.  They have sent me back until they are at close intervals.

It might be labor but since you mentioned baby is moving less I would ask your dr to check you just to be sure.
Always better to play it safe

It's not abnormal to have contractions for a month or more with a second pregnancy. It could also just be really strong Braxton hicks, I had that in the few days before I went into labor. If I were you I would just give my Dr a call and ask if they could check you to be safe.
