Ive done some research of my own on stooping lifting or any of the such wuth early pregnancy. Although you are at a higher risk of miscarriage until your second trimester stooping will not hurt your baby. Although doing too much strenuous work can put you at risk.
Try not to worry! All I seem to do is paint & d.i.y in my pregnancys lol im on #4 now! If we listened to everything we r told we wud all b on bed rest & wrapped in cotton wool with a dietitian on hand :-D u will b fine just make sure u drink lots of fluids & listen to ur body :-)
Try not to worry unless u feel u strained yourself but if u feel ok then u more then likely are fine. There are people who crossfire and weightlifting all through pregnancy
