Possible miscarriage???

I just had my first OB appointment at 7 weeks and there was only a gestational sac and yolk sac, no fetal pole :(.... My doctor thinks I had a missed miscarriage but I've not had any bleeding so I'm still hopeful that my baby is okay. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was told that I was going to miscarry as well. Turns out, baby was just too small still (too early to tell) I'd get a second and third opinion. We did, and I'm now almost 24 weeks. Good luck, and I hope everything is ok

I went for a scan a few years back and there was no feral pole but everything else went back a week later there was a fetal pole.

Is it possible you're not as far along? That could be why the development isn't what seven weeks should look like.

I haven't had an ultrasound yet, but my doctor is thinking I'm going to miscarry because my hcg level isn't doubling like it's suppose to. It increased, but only a little. I was told to expect more bleeding, but it's been three days and everything is the same. I hope everything turns out ok for you. I see my doctor Thursday so I'm hoping for good news.
