Pregnancy after a miscarriage

This is my third pregnancy. My first was a beautiful girl (she is almost 2), my second was a miscarriage (I was 8wks). This is my third, and now I am 10wks. I have been just as sick as I was with my daughter.  With her I was sick through the entire time. The natural remedies and medication doesn't always help. I had lost 30lbs. with her, and I have lost 21lbs with this pregnancy. I've been starting to have good days and symptom free. One would be so relieved to not to have their head planted firmly into the porcine god. My second seemed to easy. I was a little sick but mainly felt great. My good days I feel- am I still pregnant? Will this one leave too? Just feeling worried. Posted mainly to just get it off my chest.
Thanks,
Valerie
