Pregnant after a miscarriage

Super nervous! I'm 4 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage in March. Has anyone else been through this? I'm afraid it will happen again. How do you get over the anxiety?

Me tooo same scenario ... I had a miscarriage in jan n now im 5 weeks preg im going threw what ur going threw .. im happy im not alone now

I miscarried at 7 weeks and spent a decade trying to get pregnant again I'm at 7 weeks now and I completely understand I'm the same way every time I go to the bathroom it's like a mini panic attack.  But I'm just trying not to think to hard about it. ..If you find something that works pls post it :)

I also had a miscarriage in Dec.  Got pregnant again in March miscarried again in April got pregnant again two weeks after and now 6w. I know its hard not to stress believe me everytime I go to the bathroom i dont even wanna wipe cuz im afraid to see blood. But god is great we can go through this together if u ever need someone to talk to feel free to message me :)

This has happened to me as well. I am now 11 weeks. It is hard to get over something so tragic that has happened to you.Try talking to your partner about your worries. Most importantly try to relax. Good luck to you.

Try some stress relieving breathing exercise or good melodies to get rid of stress. Hope everything will be good. Good luck!  :)

I had a miscarriage and after I stopped bleeding a week later I found out I was pregnant again and I now have a beautiful healthy daughter who's is 3 yrs old good luck mama
