tuna fish

If I eat tuna fish is our bad for the baby?

It does have more mercury than other fish but you wouldnt say its high. Like i said one can a week will jot harm your bubba in any way.

Thats not true at all its not high in mercury and some simple research confirms that. You can also buy line fished tuna which is much more sustainable than the net type fishing that most companies use. Best of luck either way. :)

Very high in Mercury so not good for you!  Also tuna is an endangered species so not a sustainable fish to eat... There will be now left soon :(

As long as cooked or from a can its fine. Youre not meant to eat heaps tho cause it can contain traces of mercury.  Tho i read one can a week is fine. It has omega 3 which is good for babies brain. I love tuna so i eat it. :) babies fine and im 35 weeks
