Recovery ***** from having a baby
My stitches never hurt to pee before this evening. It stings bad and putting ice is not easy when you have on a thick pad. Then ppl visiting alot. Is there any cream to put on it.
I use squeeze bottle but this time it didn't help but the pad thing I will try.
If u need to put ice on it then put the pad in the freezer so its nice and cold, just use a tiny bit of water to help it get cold, it really does help
I also used a squirt bottle when I had to pee. I used warm water and it helped a lot. Became my bff.
When evet i use to pee i use to squirt cold water at the same time. It helped alot
Witch hazel pads. Tucks pads. They're awesome. Put them on top of your pad and leave on for 30 minutes or so. :)
