Sciatica

I am 8w 4d pregnant and I have this horrible pain in what feels like my tailbone. It hurts really bad when I walk or just move a certain way. Google tells me it's sciatica. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain? Any advise would be ggreatly appreciated!

The only med that is safe to take during pregnancy is tylenol. I have sciatica and I hope it doesn't come while im pregnant! I will need more than Tylenol.

Good luck.

I am having the same pain. It starts in my butt and radiates down to my leg. I am at 14w5d. I feel it mainly when I am sleeping. I usually try to change sides and it relieves the pain for a little while but it usually comes back.
