Second baby 12 years after the first

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had/is having a second baby so long after their first. If so, did you show sooner than with your first, even though it was so long in between pregnancies? Also, did you feel baby move sooner than with your first? Thanks ladies!

I'm 19wks 4days pregnant with my 3rd. I have 2 daughters 10&9. This baby is a BOY the 3rd was a charm ☺. This pregnancy has been very complicated frm the beginning. I've experienced every symptom and have had bleeding issues which are very scary since I've nvr experienced that before. I definitely have round ligament pain that disables me and I certainly don't remember them being this painful before lol. I started showing around 14wks but now I'm showing a lot and I'm gaining weight faster with this pregnancy. As for movement I started feeling flutters around 14wks occasionally and just in these last 2wks I've been able to feel my darling baby boy kicking from the outside of my belly and I'm over joyed cuz I've stressed and worried a lot with this pregnancy. I truly believe my body went into shock mode with this pregnancy since it's been so long since I was last pregnant. I'm 30yrs old and will be 31 when my baby boy Jackson is born ☺

I agree with all of the above. I showed faster. I hurt more. Every issue it seems that could happen had been. My son is 7 and I'm 29 weeks. This will be my last pregnancy so I'm trying to enjoy it... my favorite saying is "THE JOYS OF PREGNANCY" LOL...

Im having my third child with an 11 year age gap in between.  As far as showing, i think it happened a little later this time around because im not so petite anymore. Felt movement by 15 weeks this time. Im definitely having more aches and pains this time, but im almost 32 yrs old.

8 years in between my two pregnancies too! I feel like I don't even remember most of my first pregnancy because I was so young and so uneducated on what was going on with my body so sometimes it's hard to compare the two. I know that I did start showing really quickly and my body seems to hurt a lot with this pregnancy. I started feeling this one kick around 16weeks and showed around 8. I'm ready to meet my second princess! I'm 30 weeks so not too much longer! Good luck Mama :)

8 years and yes this one is a lot harder, I asked the doctor why and she said simply I was olde.  I felt this one move at 14wks, I was showing at 8 weeks amd I am currently 40 weeks! I have had every negative symptom this time!! But it will all be worth it when he finally arrives :)

I waited 8 years and yes I definitely got bigger faster..I also experience lots of pain due to stretching ligaments.  Something I didn't have so soon with my first pregnancy.  I am 18 weeks and I have been able to feel the baby for about 2 weeks now.
