Sense of relief

Hey Mommy's, I'm 25 weeks pregnant and constantly thinking about the labor pains when it's time to deliver. I don't handle pain to well, is there anything to ease my mind that you recommend I do or get when the time comes to push.

its my second baby and i had a natrual labour last time honestly i sailed thru it i didnt scream moan or cry . im not scared for thr pains this time i worry about labour tho incase anything happens that shouldnt not for pain . ps theres plenty of pain releif options

Just control ur breathing.. it helps u control the pain.. but ull still feel it but it helps

I just try to think about the baby. lol. This time I accidentally found a video online that has you visualize colors in your breath that get lighter and lighter w each breath and the color represents pain...I'm going to give it a try.
You could take a birthing class I'd toy have the time and resources...
