Signs of Pre term labor

Hey ladies. I'm 26 weeks and I just got out of the hospital for having early signs of being in pre term labor. I was have contractions about 8 mins apart and I had dilated 2 cm. I know it not time yet. My little girl still has a lot of growing to do. But what could be some ideals of what might have caused it?

But what are you drinking? Tea, soda, sugar drinks don't really hydrate u. Water or gatorade will hydrate you.

I know bv can cause preterm labor and sometimes bv also doesn't have any symptoms. Good luck!
