I had the same problem in the beginning. I am now 28 weeks. I found that if I take them half way through a meal, they do not make me sick. A little food first and a little food after. Also, if you get some sublingual (disolveable) b12 they help with nausea.

I hear you sister! I couldn't handle the regular prenatal vitamins, so I switched to the Flintstone "gummie" vitamins and I have not had to look back again thank goodness!!! Try them and they taste good too:)
There is actually a gummie prenatal you can get. It doesn't have iron in it so it's easier on the tummy, especially during the first trimester. I just take woman's one a day gummies. My Dr told me prenatals aren't necessary in the first trimester, and are pointless if you can't keep them down.
