Small town living

I am currently 7 weeks 3 days and when I called to schedule my first appointment they told me the only OB taking new patients couldn't see me until the last week in October I will be 13 weeks along. We moved to the town about a year ago and this is the only clinic with ties to the closest hospital (30 minutes away). I am very frustrated because this is my third pregnancy the first ended on a miscarriage at 8 weeks so my previous OB knew my entire history when I had my daughter later that year. When I told the appointment coordinator about my concern she said there was nothing she could do about it. I am scared there could be complications and I won't know until it's very late.

I am going to a clinic in a bigger town. They won't take you earlier than 10 weeks. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage.  I wasn't able to get in earlier.  I am almost 36 weeks. Try not to stress too much. It will be here before you know it.

I would go to another doctor at least for confirmation and an early ultrasound.  30 isn't bad I drive that far for all of my OB appointments. Not fun but doable
