braxton hicks

Can anyone tell me what braxton hicks contractions feel like? Never had them with my son but I think I may be having them with this lil girl.  I realize they are probly different per person but I was just wondering.

I get them more often on the weekends, which is when I work 9-13 hour shifts. They happen during the week, but not as often because I relax more. But if I walk too fast my belly gets really tight. Just listen to what your body is telling you, and you'll be fine:)

That definitly sounds like what I'm experiencing lol thanks ladies! I was alittle worried cause I'm still working thru this pregnancy and I didn't work thru my pregnancy with my son so I haven't experienced this. I was getting alittle worried like I was hurting my baby working too hard or something.

I get ones that feel like someone is standing behind me holding a sash that covers my tummy and they are pulling it and tightening really tight for a little less then a minute and then they release it all at once and it gets kind of loose.  sometimes it gets pretty uncomfortable.
