So mad at OB office

So I had an abnormal ultrasound and had markers for down syndrome on dec 18th. On dec 19th I had blood drawn dor Maternit 21 plus test. Ob office said I'd have results day after Christmas.  Never heard from them, I called last Friday and they said they'd have them Monday (yesterday). Never heard from them so I calles today took them 4 hours for the nurse to call me and ask where I had my blood drawn. Umm your office dumb@$$. She's like oh well I have nothing here I have to call the lab Thursday and hopefully I will have an answer for you. WTF????  I'm 21w 4d and so ready to swich clinics.  Ugh sorry for the rant.

I figured everything would be a mess but to call me  after the 3rd time asking where I even went to have my blood drawn and they have no record in their office makes me upset. The lady was just like oh well, no big deal. It is a big deal to me. Don't give me 3 different dates that I should have results then ask me where I went.

This would actually make me furious/terrified. I hope they get everything squared away by Thurs - if not maybe switch, because that's just not professional/acceptable.
