So tired of being a hoarder

So my husband has lived in our house for 15 year and has had two women live here before me! They left all their stuff here underwear beds clothes shoes and I don't want to go through their clothes I just want to throw them I. A dumpster or burn them Andy husband is insulting me bc he wants me to go through wash and sell this **** that is rotting away!! We need to make room my three year old literally does not have a bedroom his crib is in our room bc there is no where to put it his toys fill up the living room! I have another baby in the way and need room but he will not get rid of nothing! We have incubators pool tables dart boards 5 junk computers 5000 metal hangers and a bunch of useless stuff but no where to put it and every time I say something I get treated like dirt! I am not one who is like I am entitled to anything but atleast don't insult me on Mother's Day after not getting me even a card! I had to remind him it was Mother's Day!!! I am just so mad all I want is a place for my kids to sleep

I know how you feel my bf is just like that I have him things to throw away he kept it in the car we couldn't put our groceries in the car so is in the car and house now ugh I cry everytime I see it... I had my mom take some stuff to the dumpster and told him we were cleaning and he should have been here if he didn't want it to be in the garbage.

I totally agree with @mommylece and @heavenlyhash,  I would do that not so much now to get rid of it but to see has reaction of what is more important- his child on the way or memories of other women. IMO...

Both my parents are kinda hoarders I know its really frustrating but id tell him u want both or him to get some counseling about it and then clear it all out. Its not healthy!  I love my mom so much but I dont feel safe taking her 2yr old grandson over there unless he has constant eyes on him I mean at alllll times there right with him. Tell ur hubs its either let u clean it up or u and the kids will find somewhere else u can feel comfortable to call home.

If there is stuff rotting away and yes a serious hoarder you should call the city and put in an anonymous tip and they'll come investigate and tell him he has to make it safe. But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items. He needs therapy

The city waste management can send a dumpster.
Bigger furniture items post on Craigslist for free, people will show up in no time to get it. Let some other hoarder take it :)

That's the thing most of the clothes are dry rotted they have insulation in them from being in this walk in closet for so many years it's gross nobody wants them I feel like he is trying to keep mories that should not matter! I went through them once I give to good will and got three bags and there is 12 big boxes I filled with just nasty clothes and wore out shoes

One day while he's at work take all that stuff and their it out! If he has a problem say well my son and our baby need a freaking room and they come first before these 2 other womens useless things! That's what I'd do!
