So I'm nine weeks about the same as you yay. I've been a smoker for 10+ yrs as well but cigarettes arr starting to disgust me all of a sudden I haven't quit completely but I cut back majorly even before finding out... I probably went from 10-14 cigs a day to 2-4 a day. So my nicotine cravings are just withering away lol hopefully the same can happen to you

i'm 12+2, i got one of the electronic cigarettes on 2/3 and haven't smoked a real cigarette since. It's better for the baby cuz there's not all the extra chemicals. although the nicotine isn't exactly good but the baby is used to getting it and the e cigarette can help you quit. I already puff on it less than when i first started using it

Good for you for wanting to quit. Even if all you can do is cut down, that's better than nothing. The vapor idea sounds great. It can be stressful for you and your baby to quit cold turkey, so I would look into that.

You should find out if there is a vapology or a similar store on your area. They specialize in electronic cigarettes and you buy liquid fillers for them theyre better than cigarettes for you and can help you quit, the nicotine levels are at different levels all the way to none at all so that if you're addicted to the motion as well, you can keep that without even intaking any nicotine. Good luck to you.
