Sore throat help!!
I'm 6 weeks pregnant. At 4 weeks I got strep and had to be on amoxicillin and tylenol. My sore throat got a little better but has came back with a vengeance. I really don't want to go to the doc and be put on more antibiotics since I'm still in the 1st trimester. Any safe home remedys to cure a sore throat?
I not sure about home remedies but I will tell u I was about 7 weeks when I found out I was pregnant. I only found out because I had a phemona an they put me in the hospital. They put me on iv antibiotics an a few other meds but my dr assured me that none of it would hurt the baby. I really don't think even if ur in the 1st trimester that ur dr would give u anything to hurt the baby.
Honey, gargle with warm salt water, and take probiotics.
