It's that lovely time of year no matter how much germex or bath&Body hand sani you use while your out and then hand washing at home seems to fail:( Woke up with a sick little one today and then after lunch started getting any upset stomach headache back ache and having to have frequent regular bowel movements. I hate stomach viruses:( On top of that got the flu shot yesterday so I am achy from that too and I haven't ate but once today bc food sounds horrid. Anyone else going through this while pregnant?

I've had it before. My Kids come down with it every year.
I didn't though have it during pregnancy.
I have one very help full tip for you. get some BRAGGS APPLE CIDER vinegar. Its the natural "with the mother", real stuff. Add one tablespoon to your water, or juice and drink daily to prevent the stomach bug.
Another thing is, you can drink grape juice (no sugar added), daily also, cuz the acid in the juice will prevent any virus from settling in your intestines. All I do is, every evening, I pour my Kids (ages 7&3) a 1/4 cup grape juice, with 1 tsp of sphere cider vinegar, n they drink it, without even knowing..

Its the best way to prevent that crap. And a very healthy/cheap way.. Feel free ti drink it with water after u get the virus, as it kills on contact. My Kids quit throwing up within three hours of getn a bug.
Since trying this method, they haven't been sick in the last 10 months. Good luck sweetie, hope you feel better!
