Stressing over stressing

So I'm currently 20 weeks with my 3rd baby. The problem I'm having is stress, and I think my hormones are definitely making things worse cause I'm usually pretty laid back and not one to flip out. But with this pregnancy it's like I can't control my temper to save my life. I feel like no one can just cut me a break and it just gets so overwhelming and I can't help but get angry and before I know it I'm screaming and so upset I get little pains in my stomach. I'm trying to not, but I can't help it and I'm so scarred I'm going to hurt my baby from stress and anger. Has any mommies gone through this and their babies are good and healthy? I don't want to hurt my baby and I hate flipping out like a hormonal nut case but it just happens and then I stress out more over my baby. Help :(

I'm 24 weeks and I'm the same way!  I will start crying for no reason at all sometimes, I'm lucky my boys are a lot older and can help with stuff and my husband is awesome when he's home.  This is what I do, post attention to how often you east and drink a LOT of water/not soda, things that get absorbed by your body and help hydration.  If you can, put your feet up and rest or take a nap.  Refuse to do more then you are up to.  During a fit of uncontrollable crying a few days ago my husband said something that made me think harder about my self care, he said 'you can put other stuff of and redo it, but you can't redo a pregnancy.'. I have two other kids and Homeschool,  one if them has autism, I have some really valid reasons to be frustrated and crazy even without the pregnancy.  So do you, I'm sure.  But you have to take good care of yourself and your baby first.  Good luck sister.  ;-)

I was like that but you have to stay calm with absolutely no stress because it does affect the baby that's why the pains starts So find ways to remain calm and if you feel a episode coming walk away and congrats on the bundle of joy!
