Terrified first pregnancy

Hi. I'm 27 and 13 weeks and 6 days pregnant with my first. My family is incredibly excited but I can't seem to get excited about it yet because I'm so scared that something is going wrong. When I first found out I was pregnant, they thought it was ectopic. Then a couple weeks later I had an ultrasound and they couldn't see the baby, just the sac. Apparently it was just too early because a week later I went and everything was fine, I just had a tilted uterus which they reassured me wasnt something to worry about. Then a couple weeks ago I starTed bleeding heavily and it was bright red. And cramping really bad. It was like I was on my period. They did an ultrasound and the baby was moving around like crazy. The doc said I was dehydrated which caused the cramps and said that the bleeding just happens sometimes. Now last week, I had these pains where it felt like something was pulling in my lower abdomen and my lower stomach got really hard. It hurt to cough or sneeze and when I walked I had to hold my stomach to getit to stop hurting. I've felt the baby move since 11 weeks but I haven't felt it since that pain. I knowit's probably completely natural and don't want to bug my doc again but I still can't help being terrified. It's like this pregnancy isn't real to me. I know whatever happens is God's will and if something happens, it happens. I'm more worried about my family hurting.

I think it will be fine once you get a hb chances of m/c go down 50 %  I know it can be scary same thing happend to me i waited a week not knowing what was going to happen but baby was fine . the pulling sounds like round ligament pain and is normal . just try to relax and know you are doing all you can for a healthy pregnancy make sure to drink lots of fluids so that dont happen again dehydration can cause braxton hicks contractions and are painful like the real deal .

Sounds like growing pains and its true if you're not drinking enough water/liquids it can cause you to have contraction like pains.  I have the same thing.  I wouldn't worry about not feeling movement. At 11 weeks you most likely had a gas bubble.  For your first baby you usually can't detect movement until 18-25 weeks.  I had the same feeling with my first child like the pregnancy wasn't real though I have to admit I dont feel nearly as confident this time around for some reason.  Drink as much as you can, rest well and talk with your spouse..I know that helped a lot through my pregnancy :) Best of luck to you!!

The pain you had sounds like round ligament pains unfortunately you'll probably have it your entire pregnancy if you move to fast or sneeze.
