I know diarrhea can be a sign of labor but do you need to have diarrhea multiple times a day or can it just be once a day? I am 38 weeks 2 days and 10 days ago I was 2cm dialated and 50% effaced. Since Thursday been having contractions every 20-45 minutes. Last 2 days I have had diarrhea once each day... don't know if I could be going into labor or just ate something that didn't agree with me

I'm only 24 weeks and I go from not being able to go, to non stop diarrhea.  Could be your diet. Buuttt,  you'll know when it's time. Once the pain kicks in you'll demand to go to the hospital now!!! Lol but it doesn't hurt to go get checked out

Lol, this has been happening to me too from 38weeks and so far not gone into labor. So just waiting. So as my OB/Gyn says wait until the contractions are 5 minutes apart for 1hr to just avoid being sent home.

U are probably goin into labor hunn i think u should called ur doctor just in case and them know what goin on with u so they check u out to see if u dialating some more but i wish u good luck on ur labor and congratulations also
