I had lots of tilapia, shrimp, scallops, mussles, clams, you can google how much fish is safe. Ypu really should avoid only 4 types because they are really high in mercury. But its 4 fish most ppl don't eat anyway.
It's ok. Halibut and salmon are ok too.
Tilapia is fine and good for you. But still only recommended to eat once a week.
