Trouble breathing.

I'm 30 weeks and 5 days pregnant and the last couple days i've had a really hard time getting enough oxygen. At leastthats what it feels like, its been an every day thing for the last three days. I can't hardly do anything or i have to lay in bed for 30 mins or more to get back to breathing normally. I know that being short on breath is a normal symptom but this seems like its a little much. I've trying to wait for my next doctors appt to ask if its a big deal or not but im thinking i might need to call them and ask what they think. When i have these brrathing episodes or whatever you want to call them i also get a kind of sore cramping feeling in my lower abdomen.

That happens to me too. When I sit down I can't breathe. I have to lean back to relieve the pressure off my organs to get air all the way through my lungs.

Think its ur baby compressing everything up into ur diaphragm.  Makes it hard to catch a proper breath.  I read lying on ur left side helps but id defo tell ur dr. If u feel ur not gettin enough oxygen ur baby might not be either. Feel better soon

Same thing happens to me. Its just your heart pumping 50% more blood. My doctor wasn't concerned because I haven't passed out or anything. She just told me to lay down and take it easy. But I'd your concerned its something else, they will have no problem sending you to someone to check it out for you
