UTIs x

So, two weeks ago I went and saw a doctor because I had horrible back pain, in fact so bad I thought I was going into labour, not good at 18 weeks. Turns out it was a UTI. He gave me a weeks antibiotics which was a high dose. No problems since. Then two days ago I fell down some conference steps straight into my belly. I realised this morning I hadn't felt bump move so I went to the drop in at hospital said all was fine except I have a new UTI. So now I'm gunna have to wait until Monday to go to the doctors to get a prescription. I don't mind I'm not in pain, or having trouble going to the loo. But I was wondering has anyone else had lots of UTIs? And is there anything I can add to my diet to help prevent them. Thanks x

Cranberry juice or a cranberry pill will help you not get them as often. I hate the taste of cranberry juice so I take a supplement found with the vitamins.
