Ugh pregnancy gas...

Is the worst! I feel like I'm constantly farting. And the worst part is my sense of smell is 5,000 times stronger than when I'm not pregnant, so I'm basically gagging myself. I've tried eating smaller, more frequent meals but I'm not sure how else to help with gas... any tips?

best thing is to eat slowly and chew alot the more the better less likely to swallow air then less likely to fart. also I get degas which helps the gas to bind together so you do big farts alot less often try eat more carbs with gasey vegies to reduce effects or just avoid the foods that make gou gasey usually a pattern occurs

I've got the same thing going on :-) my hubby can't stand it but if rather out than in. Gas x works wonders and most dollar stores have a great Simethicone which is the same ingredient they use in Gas x. Both work wonders and relieve the PRESSURE!

Oh my gosh I am laughing so hard right now. I am glad I'm not the only one! The worst is when it feels like it's a little one so you decide to let it go and it turns into a whiner lol, long and squeaky and loud!

And I have no idea why, but mine are so loud now my husband doesn't even ask. He just has what I just call the "gas glare" lol

I'm always fluffing. Nothing more embarrassing than my bf asking if I farted in a store.

My problem is burping. Not so much the flatulence, but every time I turn in bed I belch, throughout the day & especially in the evening-ridiculous manly belches...my husband almost passed out from laughing when we were watching elf & Will Ferrell belches @ dinner, "That's you!" He cried. Yes, thanks for reminding me honey lol
