Uncomfortable menstrual like cramps :(

Hi all! I'm 14 weeks pregnant today and I have been experience menstrual cramping in my lower abdomen. It's very uncomfortable  and the cramps come and go about every 5 -10 mins. It's not doubling me over in pain but it's extremely uncomfortable. I'm not bleeding or anything. I just hurt.. anyone else experience cramping like this?

That tends to happen. As long as its not painful and you're not bleeding. Thats the big worry. Im 31 wks and get the odd wee ache here and there but my antenatal checks are/were all fine. It does worry ye and thats normal too. Better to be safe than sorry though

Thats what i read. Along with the worst! Well I went to ER after work last night and they did everything I could have done at home. Checked baby's heartbeat and gave pain meds. I'm just resting now and staying hydrated. I drink ALOT of water. I was wondering if it could be my potassium level that's low and causing the cramping. I'm gonna eat some fruit and take the weekend to rest. Thank you for answering my post :)
