i know when people keep poibting it out it makes u worry all the more! Then if i gained loads of weight people would still conment. I think we just cant win either way!! Lol!!
Lol i hear ya. I get all the same comments.. 'omg no way ur 7months' or 'u look so small r u sure ur that far on' im thinking im fine will people just leave me alone lol
Dont worry about it. Im 31w also with my second baby and have the same issue. Im getting regular scans for monitoring growth. I had it all the same with my first baby too and he was born 5lb14 he was perfectly healthy. Im a small person so im not gonna carry a big baby. As long as u feel ur baby and bump is growing even if its slow then dont worry. I feel like my midwife worries more than me lol
I just hope baby comes out ok! im small in size anyway and my mom had little babies when we were born so hoping they are just being over cautious etc. But oh my god if i hear one more person this week tellin me "im teeny tiny" or "def gonna hav a small baby" i may hav to punch someone!! Its driving me crazy this week lol!!!!
I experienced this with my first two pregnancies and they said to expect it again with this pregnancy. The growth started to slow down and pretty much stopped at the end. I had a lot of u/s and non stress tests. I was induced at 37 weeks with my first child, she was 5lbs and came home at 4lbs7oz. I was induced at 38 weeks with my second. She was 5lbs 9oz and came home at 5lbs 2oz. Both were very healthy, just small. They had a couple additional new born visits as well just to.make sure they were gaining weight. They induced me early because the baby was not growing inside and they knew they could get them to grow on the outside. I'm 7w4d and my doctor is already planning additional u/s and probably an early baby again. Don't stress, you are going to be closely monitored. They may put you on activity restrictions or bed rest too. Good luck!
*our sorry for typos.....gotta love cell phones.
Whole they are still trying to ensure safety, they honesty aren't positive about the weights of out babies until they are born. At 31wks, I.think the app for medhelp on the phone even says average is somewhere around 4 lbs at this point. Go ahead and do the extra monitoring, it will give ya extra u/s sightings....but don't stress about it. They could be so far off and your baby could be that much bigger than average.
