Veggies yuck!

My pregnancy has made me completely averse to eating vegetables. I used to love them! Now I only like salad and that's not often. If I'm taking my vitamins everyday, is that enough veggie nutrients for my baby girl?

My body has been so opposed to veggies since the beginning, but I can handle when they're blended. Try making smoothies, it might help.

I am the same way! Pre pregnancy I ate a lot of vegetables and other healthy foods, but they make me gag now!!! What I have been doing is making shakes that have fruit and veggies in it. The fruits seem to mask the flavour of the veggies. You can find a bunch of recipe ideas for fruit/veggie shakes on pinterest.

I am having the same thing. I want so badly to eat healthy but it seems like all my body wants is the bad stuff :/ i was so opposite my last pregnancy. I'm 7 weeks so I'm crossing my fingers this will go away for the 2nd trimester!

I had the same issue for the first trimester. I only wanted salad because I was craving dressing. Luckily term 2 has got me back to eating some leafy greens and other cooked veggies. Try cooking them and melting some butter on top. Delicious for peas and green beans.

You should be fine but try to incorporate veggies in your meals by disguising them. For example, when you eat sphaghetti, blend up some veggies into your pasta sauce.
