Well I am living proof there is such a thing as false +'s!

I am so angry, confused, and frustrated. I took a good test, a FRER, I have never had issues with it before. But now I have had two blood test that say there is no way I am pregnant. It has been 40 days since my last period and I am exactly 5 days past the longest cycle I have had since they started back in June, after having my son a yr ago this past Oct. I am going to go in next week and find out what is going on. My body seems to be screaming it is pregnant, but so far no concrete proof. I am posting the picture again for those of you whom are interested. Thanks

I don't even know that I'd consider that a positive. Could be an evap line....

This very very faint line might have been caused by a tiny amount of HCG that is still in your body from your miscarriage last month.

Best wishes.

They say the earlier you test things can be wrong like the scan / bloods / pregnancy tests so I'd give it a due more weeks and retest as your hormones are all over the place and it could be to do with anything from birth control to the hormones in your body or even to do with food to so I'd give it a week or 2 and retest love good luck xx

I had the same thing last year and my Dr never gave me a real answer why she just said I might have been and my body may have rejected so early I never really miscarried or it could have just been a fluke or it could have been my Pcos causing extra hormones leading to a false positive. That was around the time I was diagnosed with pcos. I'm 10 wks now so just don't give up keep on trying! I'll be thinking about you hope it all works out.

It must be insanely frustrating. Do you have any other symptoms besides being late?? I hope you get to the bottom of it. I've always used digital tests that say pregnant or not pregnant - no room for error there. I agree your test looks positive but blood work should be more accurate. How big was the gap from the positive test to the bloods being done - possible you had a chemical miscarriage?? So sorry you're having to go through this x
