What about coffee?

Do any of you ladies drink coffee or take any caffeine? I'm dying. I'm in my first trimester and this is my third pregnancy and omg I'm more tired with this baby.

You can have 200 MG of caffeine. So.1 cup of coffee is okay. Just don't make it an every day thing. The baby won't sleep. Lol

I tried no coffee period my first pregnancy and my OB actually instructed me to start drinking one cup a day. It's all about moderation, just remember for every 8oz of caffeine you have to drink 8oz of water or you can get dehydrated

Yes not every single day. But when I'm feeling fatigued I definitely have one cup.

I'm pregnant with my third baby and I've been drinking coffee almost on a daily basis with all 3 of my pregnancies. My babies were born healthy and are now healthy toddlers :) just try to keep it to one cup a day.

On baby number 4 and I drank one cup of regular coffee every day. My babies delivered just perfect. I read that 8oz has about 100mg of caffeine. When I'm not pregnant I have coffee at 3:00pm and I've been substituting that with decaf.

I've been drinking instant decaf which still has 3mg of caffeine in it. It's been doing a good job so far of tricking my mind into thinking it's the reall stuff!
