What can I take?

I've been having headaches and a back sore throat this is my third child and I've been out of the game for ten years so I need help what can I take to help

I would suggest plain simple paracetamol it is the only thing all obgyns world wide agree is safe for pregnant women. Will reduce feaver pain. No more than 1g reco 500mg/ every 6hrs.

Drink cold water and liquids. This should help too. Try at cut out any MSG and nitrites and stay out of the bright sunlight. :)

You can have only Tylenol, cough drops, and tea. Good luck it ***** being sick while pregnant.

I don't know what meds u can take for a sore throat but 100% grape juice works for a sore throat. Drink that a few times and should help.

I had a sore throat and went to chemist to speak to phamisist about what I could take they recommended lossingers that didn't have to much in them :) and drink hot lemon and honey!   Sorry about spelling haha
