Will napping delay labor?

I am trying to progress labor as I'm 39 weeks and have been having contractions for 3 days. I'm so tired I was thinking about napping but since walking and gravity helps labor would napping delay it?

Resting could help your body relax and make the contractions come on stronger.

Being exhausted or tired can actually delay labor. Its a lot of work and your body knows!
