Popcicles helped me a lot.
I also did tea with lemon. It helped a lot also jolly ranchers helped me because I was able to just suck on them. Maybe try smoothies or something liquefied because they are easier to digest than regular food. If the nausea and/or vomiting is that bad, there are anti-nausea medication that you can take being pregnant. Just use that at the last resort
Any cravings? Try lemon tea, it helped ,me with nausea..anything sour helped me.. if I felt nauseated and didn't want to eat, I either drank lemon tea with pieces of lemon in it(eat the lemons too) or I ate a sour apple, you know those huge ones usuusually used for cooking.. I didn't have vomiting but really bad nausea.. don't know what else helped me
