Working out and being active

I'm 8 weeks 5 days and this week I really have energy. I'm a little over weight so I want to keep up with my exercise while pregnant to keep myself and baby healthy. Anyone else doing the same? What are you doing?  I'm walking and using the elliptical and bike at the gym. Plus I got some pregnancy dvds to use at home.  I feel much better after moving and being active. But to be honest sometimes it's hard to get off the couch.

I got some pregnancy exercise apps on my phone. They all work pretty well. If you download the daily yoga app you get a ton of free programs with it. Between my exercises and yoga I'm working out about an hour every day. None of it is really hard so you get used to the alternative work outs quickly but you do work up a good sweat and it helps a lot. Especially the yoga since it stretches you everywhere. You'll be sweating afterward but feel soooo relaxed. :)

I was in the beginning of my pregnancy. I had to stop when I got put on bed rest. That's excellent ur keeping up with it. Do a workout for me! Keep it up dear.
