I recommend a glass of ice cold water.  Drink it quickly. Can you borrow/rent a doppler? Home ones will easily pick up movement at that stage. Xo

It's suppose to be 10 times in an hour. My doctor said to pick 2 times a day where he/she is most active. It doesn't have to be a kick. Any kind of little "spasm", sometimes it feels like gas or just pressure could really  be the baby moving. Like you said there is limited space.

At 39 weeks, you probably won't get 10 kicks in an hour. 10 kicks in 3 hours is good. Just do kick counts  when you eat, ensuring baby kicks after each meal you eat. As long as you feel baby move morning, noon and night, this should be ok. If you feel like you need to go to labor and delivery, then I would. Better safe than sorry. Good luck mommy.

Its supposed to be 10 an hour but i think the bigger they get, the less you feel because they're running out of space.

I really don't know it's been ten years since I had a baby but when I get to your stage and if I felt no movement all day even after I rubbed poked or push belly then I would go see a doctor... But baby has little room but if you are really worried go to doctor..
