babymoon anyone?

Just curious if any of you ladies will be taking a baby moon? This time last year my husband and I were packing for a 3week Hawaii stay. We will definitely not be able to afford that again this year but I live in Oregon and I was thinking maybe a nice 4 hour drive down hwy101 into California's coastal cities for a weekend would be fun.  So my question is when's a good time to go-week wise (I'm almost 21weeks) and is 4-5 hours too long in the car?  Tell me what your doing??

We're going to canada for 2 weeks when I am 20 weeks. We decided to go north cuz it would be cooler than where we live. Make sure you drink a lot of water :)

I had a babymoon in Greece in my 28 weeks for 2 weeks. We did a roadtrip around the north and visited many cities. We drove for hours and walked a lot and it was fine. I even came back home feeling better..

It is a windy drive I know! But there's something about where the redwoods and the ocean are just minutes apart that I love ;)  if we do end up going it will be around my 25week mark. And our 2 dogs will also be with us so frequent stops are a must and luckily I drive a Honda pilot SUV tgsts very roomy :) everyone have fun and be safe on your trips!

We are going to the eastern Sierra in a few weeks. I''ll be 16 weeks.it is a 5 or 6 hour drive, bringing the dog to, so we will take breaks on the drive.

I think doing the NorCal coast sounds great. It's just really twisty and can be a dangerous drive. And spotty cell reception.
Just make sure you know the closet hospital

I think go for it. Take stops to stretch of need be.
