I'm 36 weeks and one boob is in excruciating pain, while the other is normal. It hurts very badly and I hope my breasts don't become different sizes

Mine were sore around 4 weeks, then they went away around 5 weeks which had me worried about why my symptoms were easing. At 6.5 weeks though, it came back with a vengeance and it brought it's friends Nausea, Vomiting and Fatigue with it. Lol! Symptoms come and go. I say enjoy your symptomless moments while you can.

I didn't notice mine until 6 weeks. Then they didn't let up until almost 20, and now my nipples are killing me again (30 weeks along).

I'll be 40weeks tomorrow...I have stretch marks on my boobs but they never hurt at all! The only reason I knew the marks were there was because I saw them in the mirror...they didn't even really get bigger either, they just swelled a little
