boyfriends mood swings and attitudes

I am 12 weeks today. My boyfriend has been more moody than me. He is always upset about something, but its always little petty things. It tends to get me upset because I am the one pregnant going thru all these changes.. How should I handle this situation without stressing myself out?

My baby father had mood swings like crazy he would get mad for no reason at me if it was small now I'm 39 weeks he has mellowed out a little bit. But just let him have his space he'll be okay

I heard some men get pregnancy symptoms too. My husband is the one with all the cravings lol. He might be stressing over all the changes coming up. Just ignore it he will get over it

Honestly I'm pretty sure guys go through sympathy pregnancy with out even knowing it. My husband every time went through mood swings, weight gain, crazy food cravings, and even morning sickness at one point. Lol crazy guy I was waiting for his nips to start leaking at one point. But don't be too hard on him he may not be carrying the baby but you have to remember emotionally he's go I no through it with you coming to terms that there are.going to be big changes and the one thing that drove my husband crazy was feeling like he doesn't get t ok bond till after the baby was born.
