I had to have a cesarean with my first same reason you may he was 8.6 and after trying labor he was not fitting out. I am 4'10 and also have a small pelvis. I was able to breastfeed him though! :-) and even though I am trying a vbac this time around I have my doubts but still plan to breastfeed this one as well :-) good luck momma.

I had a csection sept 9th exclusively breastfeeding my son without any issues he is gaining weight like a champ! My baby gets excited when he eats sometimes so the Only pains is when he accidentally kicks my incision

You would be surprised what you can do.  Mine were 8 12 and 8 9 respectively and I'm pretty petite. Best wishes on however your baby enters the world:)

Ultrasounds are not always accurate, mine was not. I was a first time mom and non stress test lead me to c section. My baby was only 6pound15 ounces.

My best friend had two c Sections and breast fed each baby successfully for 2+years. How big do they think your baby is?
