c-sections

I am 39 weeks today and I am scheduled for a c section tomorrow. I am very terrified of having a c section and was wondering if any of you have ever had one if you could give me some insight on it. This is my 6th baby but he has chosen to be breech, we tried to do an ECV but it was unsuccessful and very painful.

I just had a planned repeat c-section 2 weeks ago. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better!! You will be okay. Everyone was AMAZING to me. They even took pictures right away of my husband, the baby and myself. They also brought her to me in recovery so I could nurse her. I think that's why she is a fantastic nurser...I didn't get to do that with my first.

I have 3 children and they were all c sections I think your first one is always the hardest and scariest because you have no idea how it's gonna go or how it feels but let me reassure u that it's not that bad you might need help.for the first couple of days don't get me wrong u might have some discomfort or a lil pain but make sure if they offer you pain medication after your csection take it or ask for it as much as you want... I'm pregant with my 3rd right now and scheduled for a csection Dec 1st I'm just excited to bring our babe into this world good luck n enjoy Ur pregnancy before Ur babe is here god bless
